Texas Power and Battery provides a home eligibility check and information about the Energywell battery backup program and the electric plan that comes with it. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

No obligation

Checking your home, submitting the contact form, or requesting information never obligates you to switch electric providers, enroll in the battery program, or move forward with any offer.

Program eligibility

The battery backup program is available only to Texas homeowners in deregulated ERCOT territories who enroll in an Energywell electric plan and meet the program's requirements. Not every home qualifies.

Accuracy of information

Eligibility results on this site are preliminary and based on the information you provide. Final eligibility, plan rates and terms are confirmed in writing, including the Electricity Facts Label, before you enroll. We make reasonable efforts to keep this information current but do not guarantee its accuracy at the time you view it.

Limitation of liability

Texas Power and Battery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or reliance on the information it provides.

Disclosures

Texas Power and Battery is not a utility. We do not control electric delivery, wiring, or outage response in any service territory. Those services are provided by your local transmission and distribution utility (e.g., Oncor, CenterPoint, AEP Texas) regardless of which retail electric provider you choose.

The battery backup program is contingent on enrollment in an Energywell electric plan and is not available as a standalone service. The battery system is provided and operated by Energywell Home, LLC and remains its property. Retail electricity in Texas is provided by Elevate Energy, LLC d/b/a Energywell. Texas Power and Battery helps homeowners check eligibility and enroll. Installation timelines vary by location and equipment availability.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
